231 Organizational Model
Musola Metalli has adopted an Organizational and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, in order to prevent crimes committed by the so called “Apical Subjects” (Managers, Executives, Directors etc.).
The adoption and the actualization of this model throughout the entire productive process and related activities, consent the Organization to benefit from the power of “exemption”, when needed, from administrative responsibility established in the above-mentioned norm. More generally, it allows to improve the overall quality of the Corporate Governance towards the interested parties, also with the implementation and attention to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and BS 18001 Safety Management System.
The Model consists of a structured and systematic system of control procedures and activities. They are the result of sensitive process analysis, which regulate decision and operational functions of the company’s apical subjects, so to limit the possibility of committing crimes.
The guiding document of the Model is the Code of Ethics, a public document always updated and downloadable.
