Bronze Bars
We have continuous casting bronze bars (round, flat and square bars) always available in our warehouse, in standard dimensions and alloys. Upon request it is possible to set up a specific castings with minimum quantities to be defined with our sales department. The standard length of bronze bars is 3 meters, but we can cut them at the length required or we can set up different lengths with minimum order quantities.
Up to diameter 60 mm we can provide rolled and straightened bars. Who uses them with bar feeder machines can have less vibrations, increase the churning speed and therefore the production. Our aim is to supply our clients with the widest range of sizes possible, so we are equipped with longitudinal cutting machines, in order to cut bronze plates at the dimension requested, reducing the waste of material.

Bronze Hollow Bars
Musola Metalli has a wide range of continuous casting bronze hollow bars, always available in our warehouse in standard dimensions and alloys. Upon request, is it possible to set up specific castings with minimum order quantities to be defined with our sales department. Our bronze hollow bars are ideal to create finished products with minimum machining allowance. Our bronze bars have pretty precise circularity, concentricity and have a compact and uniform grain on the inside. Up to diameter 60 mm we can provide rolled and straightened bars. Who uses them with bar feeder machines can have less vibrations, increase the churning speed and therefore the production. The standard length of bronze bars is 3 meters, but we can cut them at the length requested or set up different lengths upon request. Musola Metalli boasts great partnerships with the main European manufacturers, so to be able to have any dimensions of bronze hollow bars – a list of diameters would not be enough to explain our supply capacity. Approximately, we can provide a range of dimensions that goes from Ø 20 x 10 mm to Ø 353 x 297 mm. We can also have centrifugal cast bronze hollow bars that include rough machining. With centrifugal casting it is possible to obtain very big bronze hollow bars, bushings and bearings, with 3 to 5 mm of machining allowance on each side in relation to your finished dimensions. This allows to confirm the quality and the absence of superficial imperfections on the flow, like porosity, metallic inclusions and gas porosity.

Bronze Sheets and Plates
We can rapidly provide bronze sheets and plates, in phosphor bronze or aluminium bronze. With thickness over 5 mm, it is possible to obtain plates cut at the dimension requested. Phosphor bronze sheets have a thickness of 0,1 mm up to 25 mm and, depending on the thickness, we have the following sizes: 300 x 2000, 600 x 2000 mm. In some cases it is possible to order different sizes. Aluminium bronze sheets have a thickness of 3 mm up to 15 mm with a standard size of 1000 x 2000 mm.

Drawn and Extruded Bronze
Even drawn and extruded bronze bars are widely used in the mechanical industry, in addition to continuous and centrifugal casting. They are obtained with cold or hot plastic deformation. These products have a smooth e precise surface that allows minimum machining allowance, and in some cases further processes are not necessary. Drawn and extruded bronze bars are usually made in phosphor bronze alloys and in some aluminium bronze alloys. Upon request, we provide round, flat, square and hexagonal bars, up to Ø 60 mm with a length of 3 meters – approximately 2 meters with a bigger diameter. Drawn bronze hollow bars are available in alloy CuSn8P – they have precise external diameters and their machining allowance is suitable for forced combination in a H7 hole. This kind of product is available in a wide range of dimensions.

About Bronze
Musola Metalli is specialized in trading bronze bars and hollow bars for the mechanical field. Bronze is a very versatile metallic alloy which can acquire different characteristics depending on its components, and this will affect the fields of application.
